The umbilical cord strap entails nylon fabric, scrunched with Stainless Steel chain hardware between the strap and the baby, where unibody hooks were modeled onto the baby to attached the strap and leather keepsake. On Artificial Offspring’s backside, a lambskin leather pouch where the material was smuggled in my carry-on from north of Florence, Italy extrudes from the hole on the baby’s back where a zipper allows the human host to store items inside the baby’s storage feature, keeping your items safe. The hole in the backside also acts as an entry-way into the hollow structure of the baby to stuff the leather pouch inside the baby if no items are contained inside the pouch.
Yves Pokakunkanon’s Please Respond confronts vulnerability and femininity with an unflinching inner monologue rendered through 3D form, asking the viewer to witness quiet anguish and raw truth. Finally, Wasawat Somno and P.A.T.C.H.’s Here-now; Absolute Elsewhere merges live AI systems, metallic floristry, and speculative geopolitics into a living installation that reflects a chaotic, fragile global order. Together, these works pulse with light, movement, and emotion—melding techno-spiritual futures with the nightclub’s visceral energy, transforming the venue into a space for reflection, tension, and intimate connection.
